Occupation before Apocalypse (They will not know what it was, but it will affect the skills and traits the have, to an extent [e.g.- if I had a doctor, they'll have the resourcefulness to treat injuries, and would work well under stress]:
Personality:
Weapon and/or Ability (See ability list):
Basic Info (Not really necessary since they don't remember it, but if you'd like to make one for your character, feel free to do so):
Skill (What would they be best at doing to survive, gather, defend, etc.)
Picture:

Weapons and abilities: Each character can either have 1 major psionic ability, or 1 powerful weapon, if they have a major ability, they can have a sidearm, such as a dagger, taser, handgun, or something of the like. If they have a powerful weapon, send me the ability you were wanting, and I'll try and find a way to incorporate it into your character, although it might be downgraded, and you can use any combination of the psionic abilities and weapons. e.g.- 1 major, 1 minor psionic ability; 1 powerful, 1 weaker weapon.

List of Abilities include:


Pyrokinesis- speeding up the natural vibration of the atoms so fast to the point of ignition or melting, although the denser the object, the longer it will take to do so. (Direct contact is necessary)

Cryokinesis- slowing down the natural vibration of the atoms to the point that it becomes denser and colder, freezing objects to the point of being very brittle. (Direct contact not necessary)

Self Levitation- produces a counteracting field of atoms, allowing the subject to levitate up to 15 feet.

Teleportation- creates a minor wormhole, for an instant of a second, moving the character to a location of no farther away than 40 feet. 2 Notes: Advanced version can be used in a way that it can be held open, at the cost of less range.

Phasing through matter- The atoms in the character's body vibrate at the same frequency of a particular object, allowing the character to pass through it, the denser the object is, the longer it takes to attune (5-10 seconds) and subject has to re-attune for each new substance. (Direct Contact Required)

Metamorphasis- the atoms in the character can be rearranged, to be denser, less dense, and change the shape of the character, and/or size. This ability takes time to do, generally 1-2 minutes to achieve fully, and target must remain still.

Energy Shield- create a dense field of electrons, creating a super-dense field, with an electromagnetic pulse that stuns anything that attempts to get through the field. The field size is approximately 15 feet in diameter.

Control of Magnetism- creates and electromagnetic field powerful enough to make almost anything magnetic, although it only spans a couple feet.

Psychic Healing- use matter to replace dead tissue, causing rapid regeneration in a particular part of the body. (Takes alot of energy to use, so can't use it too often.)

Astral Projection- The ability to be in an 'out-of-body experience' allowing the character to be in more than one place at once, although they are incorporeal and they can see them too. (range is 1 mile for 1 second, decreasing by 25 feet for every second other.)

Check with me if you think you've found one that might work, but yes, you do have to explain how it works and how it would work scientifically, sort of like what I did here.
