A war torn world- Day 4

"My name is Trent"

"Yes, but keep them hidden, I don't want to lose our first advantage, even with the gruagach, Iovone is a lot stronger than he looks."
"Who said I would help you, human?"
"Because both the half dragon and Kallista are on our side."
"Good point."

Shali motioned to the army of approaching reths to hide amongst the trees.

"I'm on Shali's side"

"So are they, Trent." Shali said, voice shaking. She dried her tears and stood strong.

They arrived at a small cabin.
"We are here, Kallista. Now, about the war, I find that I may have been irrational about starting it. If you are willing to compromise, we can end it here and now." He said, sitting in a chair.
"What do you want?"
"Simple. I want your support in defending against the creatures of the forest. We plan to destroy it. It has been a barrier for far to long."

"NO!" Shali yelled, shocked. "How could you destroy it?"

"Why would you destroy it?"

Shali wasn't listening. In her mind the times she had been in the forest rage past, and she was growing angry. "You will leave the forest alone." She said, starting to glow red.

"I am sorry that I must do this then." Iovone clapped once, and 50 or so soldiers appeared from the trees, but the reths began to attack instantly.
"Shali! Call more reths!" Torchay yelled.
"The beasts serve them! Call the backup!"
One of the soldiers blew on a horn, and another 50 mermaids came in, bows ready.
"Give it up, Kallista."
"I do believe that I shall handle the mermaids. Their flesh is delicious when served with rain." The gruagach grinned, and went to battle the mermaids.

The reths came running, and Shali blew her whistle so hard that you could hear it through the entire continent, and all the dragons came.

"Heh heh. Fire time." Iovones wings appeared, and he began lighting things on fire, most noticeable, the trees.

"Now can I kill the gruagach?"

"No!" Shali said, extremely angry. Tears ran down her face, and the wind picked up. "STOP!" She said, punching Iovone. "The gruagach is on OUR side, Trent."

"Ok" ((I'm confused))

((Iovone, the soldiers, and the mermaids are the enemies.))
More mermaids continued to come, with the Gruagach killing them one by one.

Shali opened her eyes, which instead of their usual green, they where red. Her nails turned to claws, and her voice was echoing. "LEAVE THIS FOREST ALONE."
((Iovone is the enemy.))

((They are coming, that's what he's burning the forest for, that's the signal.))
Kallista said something under her breath, and a dark green and black cloud began to spread around her, killing only enemy soldiers. She began to look tired.

"Can I kill Iovone now?"

The dragons arrived, and several stopped several feet away from away from Shali. One looked scared. There was a whisper between them, and they split up into jobs. Some breathed water onto the fires, and some pinned down soldiers. Others started healing the reths and the others. The rest joined Shali in chant. "KYAMYANTRYANKUNYIAN" "KYAMYANTRYANKUNYIAN" "KYAMYANTRYANKUNYIAN". They chanted over and over again, the winds pulling in and a light glowing.

"Bring it! Blinding lights!" Iovone yelled, and the forest was filled with, well, blinding light. When it fades, Iovone is in the form of a half light, half fire demon. "Fear me, mortals!"

"You under estimate us"

"I shall destroy you!" He said, and dived down towards Trent, fire covering his body.

*Attacks Iovone, my body freezing cold*

Shali's eyes had closed, but now they snapped open. The dragons kept chanting, but now she spoke, looking a bit demonic. "My name Is Shali, pacted to a demon by choice.And you, filthy half demon, are in huge trouble." The light grew excedingly bright, and then in a flash of lightning millions of fire sprites came out, throwing fire balls at him. "Sprites? Ah, well." Shali said, leaping at Iovone. She clawed at him, over turning a full bottle of liquid on his head.
