A war torn world- Day 4

Shali smiled. "Ave', he's a demon. They don't leave ANYONE alone. Just be glad he doesn't travel with him, or You-Know-What would happen." She laughed. "Well, just be glad he's not here, Nova, or you would not like what would happen." Ave nodded. "Trust her. You wouldn't."

"What would happen?"

Nova rolled his eyes. He found himself explaining this A LOT. "My master can not travel between the worlds. Why do you think he needs me?" Nova asked. "He's not really even a demon, seeing as demon's are physical beings, as much as conscious essence. However, before me, he dabbled in hybrids through the women of different species. An incubus type thing, really. That didn't go over so well, seeing as HE was a disaster. My master could not completely control the children of the mother's and my master, therefore they began to rebel against him*." Nova finished, giving them more history than necessary. "He is much more powerful than many can imagine."

((*Atom being a PRIME example, being the mentioned HE))

Avelion looked at Trent. "You don't get to know, at least not until we trust you as much as we trust each other." Shali looked at him, and he sighed. "It's a race thing,Trent.and our race is not something we tell just anyone. You probably don't even know what kianitialian means." Shali sighed, annoyed.

"No I do not. But I do know how to talk in dragon"

"That wasn't Dracoinic. Also, do you remember what that dragon called us yesterday?" Shali asked as she turned to leave. She walked down to a older part of the town, and sat as if in prayer.

"Yes, dragon speak, great. And, I know to talk in over 40,000 different languages. Most of them dead, most of the dead ones being my fault." Nova said to Trent's comment.

As Shali left, Nova turned to Trent. "Why would she ask a question, then walk off?" Nova asked, more or less rhetorically.

"She has her reasons"

Avelion, after listening to them, sprinting after her. "SHALI! You need to stay out of the old city!" He yelled as he ran. He only got a couple of blocks before stopping to catch his breath.

*Catches up to Avelion*
"Why should she stay out of the old city?"

"Why are you asking me?" Nova replied. They were both still standing there, and Nova was very confused. Nova turned to Trent, but he was gone as well. Nova only sighed, and started to run to catch up.

Avelion turned to him. "It's not safe for me and her. There are people there who would do anything to get their hands on a Nera-" He froze, and slapped his head. "I need to get her out of there."

Shali stood up, hearing a noise around her. "Who's there? I won't hesitate to stab you!" she was answered with silence.She whirled around. "Stay away, I'm warning you!"

"Then lets go."

Avelion led them into a old part of the city, as Shali yelled, "GET AWAY!" Avelion ran faster. "SHALI!?!?" Shali pushed someone away, eyes glowing red and hair rising out around her head. "STAY AWAY." She said to someone on the ground, who was grabbing up what looked to be knife.

"Rushes to Shali*
To Shali: "Are you ok? What happened?"

Avelion grabbed Trent and pulled him back. "You need to stay back,when she's like this. If you don't, you'll get hurt. That guy must've angered her. I mean, EXTREMELY angered her. In a few seconds we'll find out how." Sure enough, Shali started to speak again. "I WARNED YOU TO STAY AWAY. I WARNED YOU YOU WOULD GET KILLED. STILL YOU GRABBED ME. NOW YOU SHALL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. PREPARE TO DIE MORTAL." She yelled, lifting a few feet into the air. The man on the ground was lifted up, spinning around. "Please help me!" He called, terrified.

"Should we help him?"

Avelion looked. "We shouldn't. It's really hard to make her angry like this, so he MUST be evil." Just as he finished speaking, the man flew at a wall at 100 mph. Shali stopped glowing after being levitated about 100 feet up, and started falling after becoming normal again. "Did I mention that she us unable to control herself at all when it happens?" Avelion asked as he ran to catch Shali. He tripped, and fell.

*Flys up and catches Shali*
"Are you feeling better now?"

Shali blinked. "What happened? Last thing I remember is some guy grabbing me. Did I pass out?" She asked, then looked at her hand. "Oh no. There's another mark..." She trailed off, turning to look at the wall the guy had hit. His dead body lay slumped there. "I did it again.. No..."She whispered to herself. "Did I kill him?"

"No you didn't."

"He's dead though..." Shali squeezed her eyes shut. "What happened?"

"I'm not entirely sure"

"Shali? You did the Kuzian again." Avelion got up and spoke. His voice was soft, and sad. Shali looked at Trent. "Put me down please?"

*Sets Shali down*
